This page explains what information we collect when you join the Infinite Ripple community, why we collect it, who can see it and what your rights are. It applies to the members-only community at infiniteripple.com.au.
Infinite Ripple is the trading name of Kanika Energy Coach Pty Ltd, based in Perth, Western Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Infinite Ripple. The community is for bold women who lead and make change.

When you join, we collect your name, email address, company and LinkedIn link.
After you come in, you can add to your profile. This can include a photo, a headline, a bio, your website, your podcast, your industries, the type of expert you are and what you are seeking.
We also keep what you do in the community. This includes the posts and replies you write in the community, your event RSVPs, the badges you earn.
If you invite a friend, you give us that person's email address. We use it only to send one invitation email, as described below.
You sign in with a link we email to you. We do not use passwords, so we do not hold one for you.
We do not collect your card details. Paid memberships are not available yet. Before they start, we will update this policy to say how payments are handled.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we never will.
The member directory inside the community is for signed-in members only. Joining does not put you in it. You appear in it only once you save your profile, and you can choose to be removed at any time. You can also choose to appear in the public directory on our website by ticking “Show me publicly” in your profile. If you do, only your name, title, company, expert badge, role, industries and what you are looking for are shown to the public and to search engines, and you can untick it at any time. Everything else in your profile can be seen by other signed-in members only. Please share only what you are comfortable with other members seeing.
Your email address is hidden from other members unless you choose to show it. You can change that choice in your profile at any time.
Posts in the community and your event RSVPs can be seen by other signed-in members. They are not shown to the public. Please remember that a member can copy what they see, and we cannot control what other members do with it once they have seen it.
Our team can see member information so that we can run and look after the community.
A member can invite a friend by entering the friend's email address. We email that friend once to let them know about the community. We do not email them again about the invitation. If you received an invitation and would like your email address removed, write to us at community@infiniteripple.com.au. We keep the invited address for up to 12 months, only so we can show the member who invited them that their friend joined, and then we delete it.
We send event invitations and our newsletter only if you opt in. Joining the community does not sign you up for either. If you tick the box on the join form to receive event invitations, your name and email address are held in MailerLite, our email provider, and you can opt out at any time using the link in any email we send.
Your information is stored with Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare D1 for the database, Cloudflare R2 for stored files such as profile photos, and Cloudflare Email for the emails we send from the community. If you opt in to the newsletter, MailerLite also holds your newsletter details.
These providers may store or process information outside Australia. This means your information may be sent overseas, where Australian privacy protections may not apply in the same way. We take reasonable steps to choose reputable providers. Our community database is currently hosted by Cloudflare in North America. MailerLite, which holds event invitation contacts, is based in the European Union.
The community site uses one cookie, which keeps you signed in for 30 days. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We keep your information while you are a member. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and personal details. We delete your profile, posts, replies, messages and RSVPs within 30 days of your request. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days and are then removed.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can:
You can edit most of your profile yourself once you are signed in. For anything else, write to community@infiniteripple.com.au. We will reply within thirty days. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
We use reputable providers, we limit who on our team can see member information, and sign-in works through a one-use link that expires after 15 minutes, so there are no passwords to steal. No online service can promise perfect security.
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires. Kanika Vasudeva is responsible for responding to any breach and will assess it within 30 days of becoming aware of it.
Please write to community@infiniteripple.com.au and we will aim to reply within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
The community is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join.
When our practices change, we update this page and its date. If a change is material, we will tell members by email or in the community. When the paid tier launches, we will add the details of how payments and billing information are handled.
This policy is governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
