Infinite Ripple

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This page covers how you can use the Infinite Ripple community at infiniteripple.com.au. By joining or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What this page covers

Infinite Ripple is the trading name of Kanika Energy Coach Pty Ltd, based in Perth, Western Australia. ABN 14 695 164 115, West Leederville, Western Australia.

The community is a members-only space for bold women who lead and make change.

A free tier and a paid tier are planned. These terms cover the free community. Before any paid membership starts, we will add its terms, including price, billing, refunds and cancellation.

Joining and signing in

You join with your name, email address, company and LinkedIn link, and you can add your website if you like. Please give us accurate details. You sign in with a link we email to you. It works once and lasts 15 minutes. Please keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open your email can sign in as you.

You must be an adult to join. You must be 18 or older to join.

How the community works

Members can build a profile, post in the community, RSVP to events and invite friends. Event times are shown in Perth time. Contributions can earn badges. Badges are a way of saying thank you. They have no cash value, and we can change how they work.

Joining does not put you in the public directory. Your profile can be seen by other signed-in members, and it appears in the public directory on our website only if you tick "Show me publicly" on your profile. Your email address is hidden unless you choose to show it. Please read our Privacy Policy for more.

If you invite a friend, please enter only the email address of someone who would reasonably expect to hear from you. We email that friend once.

Community conduct

This community works because members look after each other. When you take part, please agree to the following.

We can remove any content, and we can suspend or remove any member, at our discretion and when we think it is needed to keep the community safe and respectful. Where we can, we will tell you why. If you think we have made a mistake, write to community@infiniteripple.com.au. You can also leave at any time by asking us to delete your account.

Your content

You own what you post, including your profile and your discussion posts. You are responsible for it, and you promise that you have the right to share it.

By posting, you give Infinite Ripple a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share your content within the community for as long as it is there, so that the community can work. This licence does not let us sell your content. It ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups that are removed in the ordinary course. Backups are removed within 30 days. We will only use a member's content in our own promotion with that member's permission.

Our material

Everything we create on this site, including the text, frameworks, images and design, is owned by or licensed to Infinite Ripple and is protected by copyright. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or distribute any part of it without our written permission. Uses the law allows, such as fair dealing for research or review, are not restricted.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise you a particular result. We cannot promise a number of connections, clients, referrals, speaking opportunities, board roles or a revenue figure. What happens through the community depends on you and the other members.

Members share their own views and experience. Their posts are not advice from us, and we do not check or endorse them. Please do your own checking before you rely on anything, and get professional advice where it matters. Any dealings between members, including any work or payment, are between those members.

The community is provided as it is. We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or pause features.

Memberships, event tickets and refunds

Drop membership is free. Ripple and Infinite Ripple are paid yearly, and the prices shown include GST.

Anyone can join Drop for free and look around the community and its members before deciding to pay. Because you can see what the community offers before you pay, membership fees are not refundable, and a paid membership cannot be cancelled part way through the year for a refund.

Paid memberships renew automatically each year at the price shown on our plans page, using the card you paid with, until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time before your renewal date by emailing community@infiniteripple.com.au or using Help inside the community. Your membership then continues until the end of the year you have paid for.

Ripple and Infinite Ripple members attend our events free, unless the event page says otherwise. Drop members and guests pay the ticket price shown on the event page.

If you cannot attend a paid event, you can cancel your place up to 2 days (48 hours) before it starts. We do not refund the money to your card. Instead, we add the full ticket price to your account as event credit, and you can use that credit towards any future paid event. Your credit is used automatically when you book. Event credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred.

If you cancel less than 2 days before an event starts, or you do not attend, your ticket is not refunded or credited.

If we cancel an event, or move it to a time you cannot attend, you can choose a full refund to the card you paid with or event credit.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights as a consumer

Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, and nothing on this page tries to. Where the law does allow us to limit what we are liable for, we limit it to providing the service again or paying the cost of having it provided again. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

A few last things

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over anything arising from them. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above, and if the change is material we will tell members by email or in the community. Changes apply from then on. If you keep using the community, you accept the updated terms.
